Shipping Policy
Shipping is available by United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Shipping cost is figured based on total product weight and destination.
All orders should ship in 3-4 days from date of order. If shipment is delayed in any way you will receive notice of delay from The Leather Elves.
Return Policy
If for any reason your Leather Elves products are damaged during shipping please return the item or items for a full refund and return shipping costs. Before sending the product back please contact The Leather Elves with a description of the damage.
If a product arrives and you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of that product please feel free to contact The Leather Elves to discuss your options.
We cannot be responsible for damages incurred by toys after you present them to your animal.
